Participants Will:
- Understand reflection, and its role in learning and self-
direction
- Recognize the factors in the environment that may 
inhibit or enhance reflection
- Acquire strategies to use in 'teaching' reflection, and 
promoting its development
- Be able to describe how these strategies could be used 
in practice
